Dwight B. Chestnut is an ex-aerospace engineer turned business consultant and entrepreneur. His core focus and passion is conducting grassroots-led economic research into how to apply the internet and other information technology to dramatically improve the wealth-building capacity of the masses.
The top-level hypothesis feeding this passion is using internet aggressively and other technology to encourage, motivate and form a large-scale grassroots collaborative. Then leverage the economic power of this collaborative to run the business processes required to integrate worker-ownership into the mainstream workplace. Large-scale worker ownership will dramatically improve the wealth-building capacity of the masses.
M.I.N.D.S. is an acronym for Multiple Income Networking and Development Services L.L.C., which is a small, independent economic research firm located in Southern California led by Dwight B. Chestnut.
